Twitter, Google and SayNow came up a few hours ago with "Speak To Tweet" an App based on land and mobile lines that is providing an alternative way of communication in Egypt. This is a service for everyone within their country as well as the rest of the world, with a very simple way for bypassing Government's internet shut-down.

The service is very simple: Anyone can call (these are the numbers +16504194196 or +390662207294 or +97316199855), leave a voice message and the service is designed to instantly tweet the message using the hashtag #Egypt.

Once online, anyone can hear what's going on in Egypt with a Google or Twitter search using that hashtag or directly on http://twitter.com/#!/speak2tweet, clicking the link and playing a message like this:
